NEOGEN A-CLEAR SOOTHING OVERNIGHT MASK REVIEW

by Elaine (Maskepedia)

Neogen has just released a new range of skincare targeted at soothing acneic skin. The A-Clear Blemish Treatment line includes a cleanser, spot treatment, ampoule, and a sleeping mask. This sleeping mask is my favorite. It contains salicylic acid (BHA) to remove dead skin cells and excess sebum. It also contains tea tree, centella asiatica and licorice to calm irritation.

Ingredient List

Water, Alcohol Denat., Glycerin, PEG/PPG-17/6 Copolymer, Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract, Butylene Glycol, Laminaria Japonica Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Guaiazulene, Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Fruit Extract, Carbomer, Panthenol, Tromethamine, Phenoxyethanol, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Trideceth-10, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Salicylic Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Disodium EDTA, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, CI 42053

I really want to highlight the texture of this mask. Unlike all the other sleeping masks I’ve tried, this one comes out of the tube as a clear gel. Gels play very well on my combo and dehydration-prone skin. Upon application, there was a mild cooling sensation. I love applying it at the last step of my evening skincare routine. It’s lightweight, soothing, and hydrating. Plus the gentle spring clean that my pores desperately need. I’ll use this even on nights when I don’t have blemishes. Major love!

$20 at Amazon.

Go be beautiful!

Love,
Elaine
